Photograph of Joan Bradley, Principal of Starting Point Montessori School I qualified as a Montessori teacher in 1990 and opened my first school in September 1991. Since those days there have been many changes, both in the acknowledgement of the importance of Early Childhood Development and Learning, and in the provision of the preschool facilities themselves.

The children themselves, happily, have not changed. They still bring with them the same enthusiasm and love of learning that they did on my very first day. I have gained valuable experience over the years of working with lots of different children. My goal has been, and still is, to provide a high-quality preschool, with the child at its centre. A safe, happy and friendly place of which both children and their parents and guardians form an integral part.

All staff are fully qualified and Garda vetted to work with children and vulnerable adults.
