I can highly recommend Starting Point Montessori. My first child attended there for her 2 years pre-school. She had such a great time and experience there with Joan and all of her staff. Naturally I sent my second child there. She started a bit younger at just 2.5 years old but as always Joan and the girls took amazing care of her and she is thriving there. They learn a lot there through different activities. They learn about science, art and craft, baking and languages and more these are just to name a few. They also have two little concerts each year. The kids themselves love Joan and she enhances their little personalities. If Joan has a concern about something to do with your child i.e. eyesight, hearing she will indicate this to you immediately and point you in the right direction to get them the help they may need. She also tries to get them out in the fresh air as much as possible, at least once a day. They also go on little nature walks/tours to the woods or the park or the library. I honestly cannot recommend Joan and Starting Point Montessori enough and when it is time for my third child to go I hope he will have as much fun as my other too. Evelyn Long.
